Privacy and finder choices
What the pole finder asks and how answers are used
The finder asks for trekking-pole preferences and constraints shown on the page, such as lock style, grip material, snow-basket needs or a measured length limit. It does not ask for your name, address, health history or trip itinerary.
When the finder calculates matches, the selected answers are used to evaluate documented rules against this model library. A BuyerShortlists purchase-details page may show a visitor's selected public choices in a URL fragment; those choices appear separately from the retailer link and are not sent to Amazon. A fragment can be edited and does not prove that a previous match occurred or establish compatibility.
This explanation covers the finder inputs and answer handling shown by the current interface. For any additional collection or retention by hosting, analytics or third-party services, consult the applicable privacy notices.
